The Solar Service Technician is to determine the cause of solar monitoring system failure. The technician will bring your solar system under our manufacture portal and trouble shoot the condition of the existing solar system. Then confirm with manufacturer support team that the monitor is now operational. We will continue to monitor and , maintain the system as well as return monitoring capabilities back to you the homeowner.
MODULE REPLACEMENT
Uninstal your existing module and Install a compatible module that is in accordance with inverter and racking specifications. The technician will document existing panels and new panel serial numbers.
PV SYSTEM REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
The Solar Service Technicians will remove the your solar system and one of our licensed C-39 contractors will repair the roof. We will than transport and dispose of the equipment. .
PV SYSTEM REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION
The Solar Service Technician is to remove all solar components and store them onsite. The technician will reinstall the system with new footings and flashings. according to the original plan set. All additional materials will comply with the original install quality standards. *Storage and transportation not included. .
FULL SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK
We will provide you with a comprehensive home solar system inspection with images and a fully documented report on system verification, visual reporting, and solar inspection results.
MODULE CLEANING
In certain areas, especially near agriculture or desert, dirt and debris can build up on your panels, causing them to produce less energy than they should. We will assign one of our professional Solar Cleaning teams to clean the modules that will provide before and after pictures.
